I placed an order with this company and received my goods promptly. I then needed to return 3 items, which I did. All three items were packed in the same bag. The deducted £12 for posting costs, although the website said I would be charged on £10 for it. On 1st September, they confirmed they had only received 2 of 3 items. I enquired about this and was informed that the 3rd item could not be located. I emailed them to ask how that could be the case, since all of the items were together. They did not respond. I emailed again on 10th September to find out where my refund was for the 2 items they did receive. I was informed that it would be with me by 14th September. I am now writing this review on 19th September and still have not received my refund. I have been informed that I will need to wait 30-60 days to see if they can locate the missing item. There is no guarantee that I will get my money back for this item. This is the last time I place an order with this company.

Terrible customer service and their system shows a wrong US shoe sizing. I ordered a size 10 US Polo sneaker and immediately noticed in the confirmation email that the sizing showed a 41 for a 10US. I contacted the customer service department to ensure that they check the shoes to verify that the size 10 US is equivalent to a size 43 and not a 41. 41 would be two sizes too small. The customer service rep insisted that I ordered a size 10 US and that’s what would be shipped out. However, I received a size 41! Now, I am responsible for international shipping which is expensive and that was not my fault so they should cover the return. Ridiculous company. Avoid them at all costs.

Modanisa has a range of modest clothing that never disappoints. The customer services team are so friendly and I've had two experiences now where they dealt with my problem quickly and fairly. I'll continue to recommend Modanisa to friends and family and will continue to order from there!

Shipping faster than stated! Low prices, quality products. I'm very satisfied. I highly reccommend.

I ordered a few items from Modanisa; however none of them fit and they were all terrible quality. I went to return the items in post Canada, and they said it will cost me $77 when the return costs less than $50 I have emailed Modonisa multiple times to send me a free return label, and a cheaper courier and they dont reply, I have called them multiple times no reply. Don't waste your money on this unhelpful site who does NOTHING to help you resolve your issue. They will give you a million problems. Be aware, the prices may be cheap but the quality is not good. I will never again waste my time on this theifty site.

I ordered a dress from modanisa and the name on it is Moda merve.Product code ( 8036571) The measurement is not accurate at all I got that same dress size from another online store and it fits well. I have a wedding to attend with which is why I purchased it but I have to find a different alternative now.

For some reason I do not know, my remaining order has been canceled and I’ve received a mail that I’ve returned all items??? I discovered this when I went to my mails to see the latest update. On 12/08 I’ve receved a mail that I wanted to return them??? I’v never received them and I was really expecting to receive them before my holiday. Two weeks ago I got the message that the order had been cancelled (‘return’) and I still didn’t receive my money back. When clicking on CS I receive no reaction via the app.. I alteady had a bad experience with this brand, but I wanted to give it another try.. I regret it know, waste of time. Still dob’t know when I’ll receive my refund.. it’s been more than two weeks ago

I have received a package back in may and we ordered 4 items and 1 of them items were missing, there was no damage on the package and the package images were sent on the day of the delivery to modensia support ever since then no one has got back to me at all, only in July I got email back. I’ve been back and forth with you guys and all you do is copy and paste the same email, you have already accepted liability for the missing item by offering a coupon which I don’t accept as I won’t be shopping with this company. You ask customer support they will agree that the item was missing but you are not allowed to claim a refund you can only get a coupon like what? Trading standards need to look at this. And the WhatsApp customer service is a joke assuming my gender, abusive language towards me, goes around in circles then threaten to terminate chat when you ask them a question, they take about 3 mins to respond with the same copy and pasted answer. Stay away at all costs. I will be initiating a charge back with this company as they are committing fraud.
